What happens if you go over
Nothing breaks and nothing gets billed. At 75% of your included email we tell you, inside the app. At 90% there’s a one-click way to raise it — which starts a conversation, not a charge. At 100% your email keeps sending.
New leads never stop being captured, even past your contact limit. Confirmations, receipts and password resets always go out. And there is always a free way to get unstuck — archive contacts, delete media — so you are never forced to pay to keep working.

The questions people actually ask
Are there any extra charges?
No. There is no wallet, no top-up, no auto-recharge and no per-message fee. The price you pick is the price you pay. If you want more capacity than your plan includes, you buy it deliberately as an add-on — it is never applied for you.
What does unlimited AI actually mean?
Anything you ask the machine to make is included, forever, with no counter — pages, emails, campaigns, hooks, ads, chat. The only thing with a ceiling is AI images, because they cost about forty times a page of writing, and an agent you leave running unattended on a schedule.
What if a generation comes out wrong?
You are never billed for it, and you can regenerate as many times as you like. There is no meter to be careful about.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, in either direction. If you move down and you're over the new plan's limits, nothing is deleted — you simply can't add more until you're back under.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Monthly plans cancel any month. Yearly plans are paid up front and work out at two months free.
What does 'locked for life' mean?
If you join during the founding window, the price you join at is the price you keep for as long as you stay a customer. When our list prices go up, yours doesn't.
Can I bring my email list with me?
Yes, on every plan. Imported contacts arrive unmailable and the first thing they get is a one-click ask to confirm they want to hear from you — which is what keeps your sending reputation, and ours, intact.
How do I pay?
By card. Your card details are tokenised by our payment processor and never touch our servers.
Not sure which one is yours?
Count the businesses you run. One is Solo. Two or three is Advanced. If you’re doing this for other people’s businesses, it’s Agency. Everything else you can change later without losing anything.
