What the major marketing platforms cost, as of 6 August 2026

11 platforms, 36 published tiers. Every figure read off the vendor's own pricing page on 6 August 2026, with that page linked. Free to quote with attribution.

How this was gathered

Every figure was read by a person off the named vendor's own pricing page on 6 August 2026. Nothing here comes from a review site, an affiliate roundup, a press release or memory. Where a vendor publishes no figure for something — a monthly rate, a usage price, a reconciliation fee — this dataset records that it is not published rather than modelling a plausible number, because a modelled figure on a page like this is indistinguishable from an invented one. Prices are list prices in US dollars, before any promotion, and exclude the extras listed against each vendor, which depend on volume and on the reader's own sales and therefore cannot be totalled for anyone in general. No ratings, scores or rankings are published: this dataset contains prices and published terms, and nothing that is an opinion.

Questions about these figures

What is the cheapest all-in-one marketing platform?

Of the 11 platforms priced here on 6 August 2026, the lowest published entry tier paying month to month is Systeme.io at $0/month (Free); the highest entry tier is Keap at $299/month (Keap). Entry price is not the bill: several of these charge a percentage of your sales, per-message usage, or card processing on top, and those are listed per vendor rather than estimated.

Which of these platforms have a free plan?

Systeme.io publish a permanently free plan. The rest publish a trial or nothing — checked 6 August 2026.

Why is my bill higher than the price on the pricing page?

Because the plan price is usually not the whole price. Across these 11 vendors the published extras fall into four families: a percentage of your sales, per-message or per-minute usage, card processing, and paid add-ons. Each vendor's own list is on this page, in their words, with the date it was read.

How current are these prices?

Every figure was read off the named vendor's own pricing page on 6 August 2026. Nothing here comes from a review site, an affiliate roundup or memory, and where a vendor publishes no figure this says so rather than estimating one. Prices move; check the vendor's page before you decide anything on the strength of ours.

One page per platform, in detail

Two platforms, side by side

People compare these products against each other far more often than against any one alternative. We hold both sides of the pairs below from the vendors’ own pages, read on 6 August 2026, so both columns of each comparison are rendered by the same code from the same file. We are not in any of them. A pair we do not hold checked figures for is not published, however often it is searched.

Why we publish this

We sell something these platforms compete with, and we are telling you what they charge with a link to check every figure. Both of those are true at once, so read the sources: they are all one click away, and the whole point of the dataset is that you never have to take our word for a number.
